Hello, welcome to my talk page!

If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply pressing the plus sign (+) or "new section" on the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~

Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.

Thank you!

Hello, Joseph2302,

You set up this bundled AFD nomination but you didn't post a notification on the User talk page of each of the articles' creators. Doing this is part of posting an AFD discussion and content creators should be notified if an article they created is being discussed. If the editing tools you use don't post a template in a bundled nomination, then you should take care of this manually by posting a personal note or template. This discussion has been relisted so could you take care of these notifications this week? Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 04:49, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Twinkle doesn't allow for multi-AFD nomination, so had to add the other pages manually, and I naively assumed they were created by same user. Joseph2302 (talk) 07:20, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

CSD G5s

[edit]

Hello, Joseph2302,

Thank you for your patrolling of recent changes. I do have one request. I see you use Twinkle to tag pages for deletion, which is great, but if you tag an article, draft or file as CSD G5, please add the name of the sockmaster in the field that is available next to this criteria. If there are questions about the deletion later, since the page history has been deleted, the name of the original sockmaster is in the deletion notation at the top of the page and an interested editor or admin can look into this. G5s can be tricky for some editors because often editors put the name of the sockpuppet in this field but it's the username of the block-evading editor which is what is important.

Thanks again for all of your contributions on the project which I run into in AFDLand, too! Liz Read! Talk! 19:39, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, was on my phone when tagging these, so forgot to add the sockmaster to these requests. Joseph2302 (talk) 07:37, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
