    • Well, he got a news-story obituary (as opposed to a paid obit) in the NY Times. That's usually a pretty good sign of notability. If the Times thinks his death is notable enough for them to write it up, he's likely notable enough for Wikipedia. Realkyhick 03:14, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
