This article is a mess

[edit]

It contains no sources at all (well, there are three, but all to the "Vacilon de la mañana"). Second, the transcripts. THEY DO NOT BELONG HERE. Third, the trivia, it also doesnt belongs here. And, at the end of the day... I dont even see notority... so even a SD could follow. This is an anon post, as I am in a shared computer. But I'll try to follow this article with my account --132.248.59.44 22:21, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This article is VERY poorly written in very poor and colloquial English. Incorrect translations with made-up words taken from Spanish like "municipy" (municipio) and "historial" are common. I attempted to make some changes, there are simply too many to fix. I am in favor of deletion because it is so poorly written.

Look what I found

[edit]

A few days ago I was in Youtube.com, and I found this video that somebody made of Manolo Cabeza de Huevo. But what got my attention was that the video has, also, spanish translations, such as this article. The spanish translations of this article were written by me, however, I found this video in YouTube containing the EXACT SAME translation of it. The description of the video is also EXACTLY THE SAME as the introduction in this article, which I wrote, also, for Wikipedia. Obviously somebody has taken the text from here and made it a video, and credited himself only. The video is here [1].

Notice how the translation is the same, and in the first two lines the words "Man:" and "Manolo:" are displayed, such as in this article (apparently he noticed this and deleted the rest "Man:"s and "Manolo:"s, but left the first two there). The World Wide Web always surprises me. --WKMN? Later [ Let's talk ] 18:54, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly copyrighted?

[edit]

Why did somebody remove the english translations I wrote for this article, saying it may be possibly copyrighted? You know, I spent one whole day to translate the calls just for Wikipedia... I don't have copyright over those, so why did somebody remove them?

Unless I get an answer, I'm reverting them soon. --WKMN? Later [ Let's talk ] 17:07, 24 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Attempt at improvement of Grammar and Usage

[edit]

Hi all - I attempted to fix a lot of the grammatical and other errors. It's just a first pass and I am sure I missed a few. Let me know if anyone has any issues with what I wrote. Thanks - Steve Leser (sleser001)

Manolo cames from Manuel

[edit]

Hello. In the article is said: called a person named Manuel (original for Manolo). Manolo in Spanish is a kind of nikname for somebody called Manuel. Could be similar to Tommy for Thomas in English. But the original name is Manuel. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.1.104.2 (talk) 10:42, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
