Thanks - I added a stubby pub history. 67.173.11.90 (talk) 02:11, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mutant Status

[edit]

Both Meggan and Captain Britain were not included in the 198 project but both have been shown with powers since then. This probably means that at this point Marvel offical stance is neither are mutants.(Mikey01 07:08, 28 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Captain Britain isn't a mutant, and has never been considered one. As for Meggan being missing from the 198 list, that list was the US governments' list of identified and still powered mutants post M-Day; since Meggan vanished into the interdimensional void at the end of House of M, she won't be included, not because she isn't a mutant (she is), but because she is missing, presumed dead.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.211.165.148 (talk) 18:54, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Captain Britain has, indeed, been referred to on occasion as a mutant. Whether he is or not officially has never been resolved. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.107.70.87 (talk) 07:33, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We've seen the origins of his powers, and how Roma transferred them from his costume to his body when she and her father resurrected him. Prior to that he had no innate abilities. People online may have called Captain Britain a mutant, but if he's been called this in the comics, then please cite specific issues. 86.158.46.218 (talk) 10:40, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Resemblance to Snowbird

[edit]

he main article mentions that Meggan's natural appearance resembles that of Alpha Flight's 'Snowbird'. I remember that and always wondered if the writers intended to reveal that Meggan had similar origins to Snowbird. After all, apart from the strong resemblance, both have elemental ties to their native lands that weaken them if they are away from home to long. Coincidence or not? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kimotag20 (talkcontribs) 15:30, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

MegganMeggan (character) – Meggan is an alternate spelling of Megan and should redirect to that disambiguation page. Meggan Dawson-Farrell, Meggan Scavio and Meggan Rollandi all have articles on Wikipedia, so Meggan cannot be considered unambiguous. 162 etc. (talk) 20:18, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
