Naming

[edit]

Should I change this article's name to North Korean Civil Securities Force, or should I keep it like this even if it is a bit vague? contribsSTYROFOAM☭1994TALK 02:44, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

National Security Agency?

[edit]

Daily NK sometimes mentions a North Korean "National Security Agency". I can't find an article on an NK NSA. I wonder if Daily NK mean this department?--ospalh (talk) 08:30, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In South Korea, North Korean defectors (as well as Politicians) refer to the SSD as the NSA, it is indeed the same organization. The US tends to avoid calling it that because of the fact that our Signals Intelligence organization shares the same name 97.102.50.208 (talk) 23:34, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
