Maybe someone would like to elaborate on what's world leading with their internet bank? - Done.
A: The number of customers. We are meassured in the number of customers the biggest internet bank in the world. This can be explained through several factors. 1) We are the largest bank in Scandinavia. 2) The ratio of internet users in Scandinavia is high. 3) Labour cost is Scandinavia is high, making automation of bank tasks more profitable. 4) Automation has in Scandinavia traditionaly been done through the Internet, the customers are used to and expect Internet services. In other regions like for instance Spain, automation has been done through very advanced ATMs
Citibank claims to 15 mill. online customers, so maybe Scandinavias largest, or even Europes larges.. but the world.. doubt it. --Sneaking Viper04:51, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps Nordea are measuring this as a percentage? eg HSBC have 25million customers registered for internet banking, but that is out of 125million customers, so 20% against Nordea's 45%. Ian305514:35, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps it's measured in the number of transactions. More online transactions per customer— Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.141.131.112 (talk • contribs) 18 June 2006 (UTC)
Have updated the fact that Nordea really is a Nordic bank rather than just a Sweden bank, and whilst the HQ is in Stockholm, decision making actually takes places across the main centres of Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.99.142.42 (talk) 18:18, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
