Okay, there seems to be a confusion about the meaning of "executive". You take it as "executive government" = cabinet, while my interpretation is "executive government" = "executive branch", which is the one I find relevant as in this paper, where semi-presidential systems are referred as being "dual executive": Semi-Presidential Systems: Dual Executive And Mixed Authority Patterns. --B.Lameira (talk) 23:19, 6 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
