Is vs Was

I think the article should still be in "Is" tense, although i don't know about WP Music policies, these are links that deal with movies/tv articles:

I'm not sure how applicable those discussions are, since they refer to fictional works. In music articles, we tend to use the past tense once the band has broken up: See The Beatles, or (FA-class articles) The Supremes or Sly & the Family Stone. If we are describing their songs or albums, however, we would still use the present tense. --Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 12:47, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
