Royal Coat of Arms

[edit]

Please don't change the images of coat of arms to the 1837 announcement. We are waiting for an official announcement from the palace. The Royal.uk website does not use the 1837 version. DDMS123 (talk) 03:20, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you were replacing some images of (king of the various Commonwealth realms) Charles III in a number of articles, without providing an edit summary (example). Could you please explain your rationale? If you think it is a better picture, just say so, so that other editors can either agree or disagree.

If you are relying on the discussion at Talk:Charles_III#RfC_for_infobox_image_change, note that it does not appear to be a consensus for widespread replacement in articles other than the one at that page. TheFeds 15:55, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Edward VII. I see you've been reminded several times that it is not necessary to pipe redirects, and doing so is deprecated. It is disruptive to continue with a series of edits after being asked to stop. You're still doing this: [1][2]. It isn't necessary, or desirable to pipe redirects. It's easier to read wikitext without the pipe. See Wikipedia:Piped link#When not to use and Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking#Piped links. Celia Homeford (talk) 07:04, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
