It needs someone with more expertise in this area than I to take a look. That article is a mess and almost certainly a massive copyvio, but I can't find a source for what remains, and it was placed by somebody else in 2009. Probably other contributions of this user are copy-paste problems. Update: While adding the copyvio template, I reverted to the latest revision without the problem.
