Note: I don't really see that this falls under said arbitration enforcement...it is broadly construed, but not that broadly, and you would have to go from Arab via Nazi to Israel which didn't exist as a state during the time the article mainly covers; I was bold an removed the template. Reason: The page is quite a hot topic in the US right now - I came from google to see what "DEI" actually meant and saw the page was recently vandalised and the talk page is quite heated.
