Easiest process we have ever had in hiring a vehicle. We did all the fiddly paperwork online prior so when we arrived on the Waiheke ferry we simply retrieved the key from a coded box, found the car in the carpark and loaded our bags in to it. Our mystery car was a great option and it was a clean, reliable current vehicle.

Go Rentals went above and beyond when we returned our car as my husband had just had a hip replacement and was unable to board the shuttle. They took us to the airport in our car, helped getting a wheelchair and then with luggage. Nothing was any trouble and we really appreciated their service.

The Go Rentals experience is always a smooth and easy one. Nice easy pickup (even after hrs) with a nice welcome letter inside the car. Beautiful economical vehicle, that drives well and cost next to nothing to refuel. I’d def I recommend and am a returning customer.

Staff was kind and friendly, very helpful! Painless experience from start to finish. Car was excellent and ran well, helped make our vacation such a joy! And returning the car was very easy. Would definitely use them again next time we visit!

Nelson location - staff had great communication and made it easy to arrange after hours pick when flight was significantly delayed. Drop off was super easy too.

Hire car was clean, well maintained and ready to go. Shuttle was easy to call, even when our flight was delayed arriving in Auckland. The only small hiccup was the paying of Tolls. Be sure to ask for a Flyer on check in. You need to pay them separately yourself. Not billed by GoRentals.

The overall experience was very pleasant. When I asked questions about the size of the booked vehicle because we had 5 pieces of luggage, the staff suggested another, larger and cheaper car.
The car was powerful enough and the condition was superb.
Returning instruction was clear and the process was very smooth.

We could not be more impressed. Easy booking and great value and the collection and drop off process was so quick and straight forward. The 4wd we booked was provided as planned and was superb - catered for 10 days of travel with ease. Pick up point just outside the door of the airport makes it so easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic . Travelling by myself I was a little apprehensive I had done it all correctly. Website easy to use . Pick Up / Drop off easy . Only thing I would say if possible a quick guide to basic usage would have been helpful otherwise very happy

Staff are friendly and able to accomodate us even if it is a last minute booking. The car is clean and in very good condition and quite enjoyable to ride.

Best price I could find, and was so pleased as it was an excellent service. Staff were pleasant and worked fast to get me on the road and then back to the airport when I was done. Very much appreciated and is now my preferred rental car company

We came from Brisbane to visit my mother in law who was in Waikato hospital. Was supposed to be for five days. She passed while we were there so we had to extend a few times. The Go team were more than helpful and understanding of our needs. Thanks guys
