Didnthave what I wanted in the shop, however, girl in the shop measure for ring size, let me try on something similar, was going to order for me but said I would get it quicker if I ordered online and delivered to home. I done this and had next day delivery, a great service from all. Very much appreciated

The starter was nearly as sweet as a dessert. The steak was nearly half fat. The side order of beans were undercooked. The above with two glasses of wine, a crab linguini and a sticky toffee that the two of us shared cost us over 200 hundred pounds.
Although we made our dissatisfaction known the promised response from management has yet to arrive.

We visited the store at Lakeside Thurrock to select an engagement ring Martine made the whole experience so personal and she had so much time for us making sure we made the right choice, we ended up purchasing not only that ring but our two wedding rings too! My fiancé proposed on one knee in the store at the say so and applause of the other staff. What a fantastic experience well done to you all x

The item was very nice and good value.
Delivery company used DPD is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Would avoid using them purely for the delivery issues.

I found a watch that I loved but found it cheaper elsewhere. I discovered that Beaverbrooks do a price match so I requested one and it was accepted, much to my delight. It arrived to store quickly and the sales assistant was very helpful in getting me set up. Great service.

The service was great. The only issue i had was that the pearls themselves have a grayish sheen rather than the creamy hue in the photograph which isn't to my personal taste as I think it makes them look cheaper.

I recently handed in 3 rings to be resized. The manager & sales consultant who dealt with me were both very good. The manager explained what the process would entail. She took time to explain about what size would be best, how long it would take and was concerned to ask about the engraving inside my wedding band and ensuring they would let me know if this would be affected before going ahead. She then passed us on to the young assistant who was brilliant and professional. He took all my details and examined the rings properly, taking photographs and descriptions.
The service was very quick (18 days!) to get them sent away, resized and cleaned. Happily it was no problem to keep the engraving intact.
I was able to pick them up today and it's an understatement to say I am delighted with the result. The manager was exactly right to suggest only changing up one size (I had thought they would need to increase to 2 sizes up) as they fit perfectly now. Also I am so pleased with their cleaning process as they look like new! I am thrilled with how sparkling both the gold and the diamonds are. THANK YOU Beaverbooks Edinburgh store!

This necklace arrived on time and was beautifully packaged along with instructions on how to care for it. I was very pleased with the quality. It was a gift for my granddaughter on her first day at school. She was thrilled. I hope she keeps it and remembers why I bought it for her.
