How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

Due to high order volumes, shipping delays may occur.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you are unable to locate it, please wait up to 72 hours in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery. If you're still unable to locate your package after that window has past, please contact us at [email protected].

What if my package is missing an item(s)?

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days.

Will my order require a signature at delivery?

Orders over $1000 USD will require a signature at delivery. Orders over $1000 USD will also default to being delivered by FedEx instead of USPS, regardless of which option is selected during checkout.
