General : Refunds can only be processed if the item is shipped back within 2 months. For orders shipped via EMS, the purchase of 5 or more K-Pop albums will automatically switch the delivery service to DHL.

USA : Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or military addresses.
