Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders performed directly through the Plugable.com website only. Orders performed through other retailers are subject to their respective platform policies.

Plugable offers shipping where service is available through our distribution partners and where we are registered for tax purposes.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

USA Orders

Most deliveries within the United States should arrive within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. Typically, orders will arrive within 3 days.

We want to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely manner. To accomplish that, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories, including Puerto Rico).

Currently, we cannot ship to Alaska, Arizona, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Worldwide Orders

Currently, we do not offer direct purchasing via Plugable.com outside of the United States. We cannot assist with orders acquired by a relay individual, freight-forwarder, or third-party service provider to avoid shipping restrictions, nor will we be able to assist with your local customs authority or duties. Due to international compliance regulations and customs complexities, we cannot ship replacements to countries outside of our shipping zones.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery times may be delayed by a number of factors. We cover some of these in our knowledge base.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office or shipping carrier for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to contact you before delivery can be completed. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please file a claim with the delivery carrier. For more information, please visit our help center.

Shipping Providers

Deliverr (Deliverr.com) functions as our logistics partner to ship out Plugable products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers on a per-order basis.

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Plugable offers free 3-day shipping on all orders over $35.00 USD.

Plugable utilizes standard ground shipping for all other orders. 3-Day shipping is available as a paid upgrade for most orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
