KMB CAMH (“we”, “us” or “KMB”) owns all of the copyright in all of the content provided on this website (the “Content”) unless otherwise specifically noted.

KMB provides this website (the “Site”) to support our goal of creating and sharing the knowledge about services and supports to build a better mental health and addictions system. To that end, we provide information to the public and professionals that is accessible, current at the time of posting and reliable. You acknowledge that the Site, the Content, and each website service are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Your access to and continued use of the Site at kmb.camh.ca constitutes your acceptance of, and is conditional upon your continued acceptance of and compliance with, the following provisions. If you have not already done so, please take some time to familiarize yourself with them. Please check back periodically as these terms and conditions may change from time to time. If any change to the Terms is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Site. In addition, we reserve the right to add, remove or modify any Content on this Site. Those wishing to use any Content from the Site, including authors of any of the Content who wish to reproduce the Content that they authored, should contact us directly by email.

We welcome your comments and suggestions regarding this Site. Any suggestions or comments that we adopt and use become our property, and you agree not to assert any ownership right of any kind in your submission or comment, including, but not limited to copyright, trade-mark, unfair competition, moral rights, or implied contract, and you waive the right to receive any financial consideration in connection with such unsolicited submission including, but not limited to, credit.

From time to time our Site may request information from users via surveys. Participating in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice or not to disclose information. The requested information includes contact information (such as name and address, organization, etc.).

The laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, shall govern this Agreement and any dispute or claim based on the Content of the Site. You agree that any action or proceeding related to this Agreement shall only be brought by you in the courts of the Province of Ontario. The Site is intended primarily for use by residents of Ontario, Canada.
