Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. Your satisfaction is guaranteed for a full 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied and would like a refund or exchange, simply click on the link above to begin our self-guided return process.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you. Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To qualify for a refund, click here. 

We will require the product or thin label surrounding the container, if opened, to be returned along with your original KOS order number within 30 days of purchase for the refund to be valid. It is the customer’s obligation to pay return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery.

We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your convenience, we will save your bank or credit card information.

You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information. 

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. 

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion.
