On October 31, 2008, the Environmental Protection Agency approved the states application to administer the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program. The states program is called the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) Program. This electronic mail service will be used to provide information about the APDES Program, including when draft permits are available for review. To receive periodic emails about the APDES Program, sign up on the list service below.
