Returns

We are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of delivery for any order shipped within the contiguous United States. To begin a return, please email: [email protected]

Items must be received back within 30 days of their delivery date in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full return. Watches must be received back in their original packaging.

 

Return Window

Items returned less than 30 days after their delivery date will be credited at item price back to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including shipping or restocking fees).

Items returned between 30 and 60 days after the delivery date will be exchanged for website credit only (including any tax, but not including any shipping costs).

 

Return Fees

Please note that March Hare charges a $12 restocking fee for all US returns, which will be deducted from your refund. As a small brand, this fee is necessary to support our e-commerce operations. We do not charge the restocking fee for customers who choose store credit or exchange options during the returns process.

 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from purchasers located outside of the contiguous United States.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge for all customers based in the US. Please start your exchange via our exchange portal here, or email our customer service team: [email protected]

 

Price Adjustments

We honor one-time price adjustments on eligible full-priced items if the request is made within five days of placing your order.

Please note, orders are not eligible for price adjustments if: ​​​​
  • A discount or promo code was used on the original order
  • The order was placed more than five days ago 
  • The order was placed on a third-party website such as Facebook or Instagram
