Minnesota Employees of Asian Descent

MEAD-banner

MEAD's logo features three rice stalks growing over a water lily, representing the three original founders. The water lily symbolizes resurrection and enlightenment, as it blooms beautifully from the mud. The bamboo ceiling above serves as a reminder of historical structural racism and the ongoing struggle to build networks of support for underrepresented API leaders.
