The research by Drs. Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, which identified the 16 leadership competencies, exhibited by the most effective leaders, is the basis for The Extraordinary Leader ™  Workshop,  the Extraordinary Coach ™ Workshop  and  the Elevating Feedback ™ Workshop. ETD staff is certified by Zenger Folkman  in workshops and coaching to provide the highest quality experience to elevate your leadership skills and effectiveness. These programs are available to all state government employees.

Individualized Leadership Coaching sessions are available for all levels of leaders in state government, from aspiring to executive. A Zenger Folkman certified consultant uses the FUEL coaching model to help leaders expand awareness, discover superior solutions, and make and implement better decisions.
