Introduction
This Emergency Communications Plan is separated into sections based on the different stakeholders’ airport personnel will coordinate with regularly and during emergencies. Each section includes a table for airports to fill in relevant personnel titles, names, responsibilities, and contact information. It is recommended that the contacts are reviewed and updated at a minimum, quarterly or as needed. The communications plan should be accessible to all staff, and a copy should be kept with the airport sponsor. If possible, publish a digital copy of the plan on a private website that staff can access.
Review the following sections and list any additional stakeholder groups that may apply to your airport.
