Fizkin Island er ei øy som ligg 2,5 nautiske mil søraust for Pickwick Island i Pitt Islands i Biscoe Islands. Ho var med på eit argentinsk kart frå 1957, og vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1959 etter Horatio Fizkin ein figur i Charles Dickens sin The Pickwick Papers.[1]
