Shipping policy

Should a  product be indicated as  “Available Online”  on our website,  we will arrange the delivery  within 10 working days from confirming your order and update you with the tracking details to the email address provided in your order. If you have any specific delivery requests, please email [email protected] or call us on +44 207 370 2527. 

 

UK Deliveries

We offer a £15.00 standard shipping rate (inclusive of insurance) within the United Kingdom, and free collection from our showroom based at 177A Old Brompton Road, London, SW5 0AN, open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

For UK customers, to receive your order on the same day or the next working day, please contact [email protected] for all available options.


Please allow extra time on weekends, bank holidays and during all holiday periods. All deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.


Showroom Collections

The showroom is open Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 5:00pm.    If  you would like to collect your order, please let us know by  selecting this option during the checkout process and we will contact you to schedule a collection time. 

 

International Deliveries 

We offer a £30.00 international economy shipping rate (inclusive of insurance) to all countries outside of the UK. (Please see details regarding shipping to France and Portugal in separate section below).

For international customers who wish to enquire about alternative shipping rates please contact [email protected] for quotes.

To ensure the correct price is shown to you, please make sure to select the shipping destination that applies to you.

If you are based in a location not currently catered to online, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. We will inform you  on  the details and logistics in order to  accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.

 

Delivery to France & Portugal

Shipments of fine jewellery to France and Portugal by law require a French/ Portuguese broker to handle customs clearance. This means that when your shipment arrives in either countries, DHL will get in contact with you to appoint a French/Portuguese customs broker to complete the process. Your choice of broker will be responsible for taking charge of the shipment from DHL, clearing it from customs, and organising the delivery to your address in France/Portugal. Please note that this broker will be at your expense. VAT will also be payable on each shipment. Please familiarise yourself with the clearance costs involved by contacting the French/Portuguese customs authorities, as we are unable to advise you or assist in this respect.

We offer a £30.00 economy shipping rate (inclusive of insurance) to France and Portugal, however this does not include the additional fees of a broker.

Noor Fares cannot be held responsible for any additional broker costs of for clearing parcels on your behalf.

 

Tracked & Signed Deliveries

All our orders are sent tracked and require proof of delivery. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery. Should you miss the delivery for any reason our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

A tracking reference will be shared with you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Once you have signed for your package, your purchase will be under your full responsibility.
