Great customer service I received the wrong product. Emailed customer service and got a response within an hour. Hannah was great at processing my request. As it was a Friday, I had to wait over the weekend for a response. Hannah was sure to get to me ASAP. My problem was resolved by the end of the day and got a refund.

This is such a beautiful place The Kindest and realest people, shop owners, writings are on cards each time as a personalized thank you, that aren't an expected thing but give a lot of touch to their all's genuine :) Best products! Every time stock was low (only one or two instances!) I got replacement jewelry I picked out (including an extra) and the wrapping has been lovely every time what a true store, people, and ethic, I know they will do wonderful always and I hope more people continue to recognize and enjoy their work and products :) all they put out is just sweeeet! Customer since 2023~ will continue to collect from here for all future piercings :D

I borrowed a Electricmagnetic Radiation Tester to test around my house and was very pleased that the router cover was nearly zero and also the Radisafe shields on my mobile and home phone work well, although I still keep phones as much as possible on speakerphone. I loved Storm Bakers wide range of unique mens rings. Took me a while to chose the perfect one because they were all so gorgeous! I eventually settled on the midnight guardian ring and when it arrived I was delighted to see it was even more stunning in person.staff were very helpful and great at communicating with me. My partner is very chuffed with his new ring. Thank you very much for a great experience, I will be looking to purchase more rings in the near future!

I recently bought a ring from Lucid and Luna, and it's absolutely gorgeous. That said, the whole shipping process left a bit to be desired. It seemed to take a bit longer than what I've experienced with other stores, and oddly enough, my item only went out for shipping after I reached out to ask if it had been shipped yet. I didn't get a direct reply to my question - just an automated email update telling me my ring was finally on its way. So, while the ring itself is stunning, there's definitely some room for Lucid and Luna to step up their game in the customer service department.

They are full of excuses and full of bs my partner keeps ringing to ask them where our product is the say all these excuses waiting for tracking number oh it will be delivered this day or that day this is a red flag company and scammers it's been 14 weeks still nothing
