Two times smoothly!

I have now used Budget Air twice and both times smoothly booked much cheaper flights than available elsewhere.

Easy online booking

Easy online booking of international flights.
I appreciated the very quick response and reassurance via email to my query after completing the booking process. I was unable to do this via the online chat system.

You do not have a phone service only…

You do not have a phone service only email and you take a long time to reply and when you reply it is too late. In the travel industry, you must have a phone line so that clients can reach you. The live chatbot, no one is there. Whoever you hired for the Chatbot never comes to work. I am a Conference Organiser and wanted to do group booking for a lot of plane tickets but you don't have a ph line so I gave the business to another agency

Failure to book flights and unresponsive to refund

The customer service told me that the bookings were unsuccessful and therefore I have purchased the flight tickets elsewhere. However, they have since then remained unresponsive in regard to the refund of the ticket.

Their bookings are unreliable -- when I entered the ticket number on the airline website they returned error. Their failure to book my tickets (they informed me so in the initial email) has caused me immense stress. The flights are about to take off within a week, and you take 24 hours to reply my email. I am hanged in the air, unable to confirm my journey while I have everything scheduled already in my travelling country.

Wanted to charge me $1600 + $90 admin…

Wanted to charge me $1600 + $90 admin fee to change Qantas flight which on Qantas' website is only a $70 fee. Will never use them again as it makes absolutely no sense as to why changing the flight by one day should cost the price of an entirely new ticket.

We intially had baggage allowance…

We intially had baggage allowance booked after my money was gone and the ticket was recieved I get an email
Saying no baggage eallowance and to claim via airline directly which I have still
Been able to do due to their system failur
