We had gotten in really late as our ferry had been delayed 7hrs. We had a check out time of 10am and weren't due to pickup our hire car until 12pm. Someone from Omega cars came and picked us up from our Motel and we got our hire car sorted and was on the rd before 11am.

BRC staff at Wellington Airport branch are a credit to the company. Happy to provide a contact phone to call direct and this is a second consecutive visit based on my first experience with the company. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. Prompt shuttle pick up and drop off to their nearby site. BRC rates are extremely competitive and this combined with the exceptional customer service sets them apart from the crowd.

Great customer service. Only to be disappointed that we have to fill up the tank with diesel . We only did 33 km and have to pay 23 dollars to fill it up at the Petrol station.

We hired a car while on holiday for a week. The prices are very reasonable, the staff were super friendly when we picked up the car. The car was also presented well and clean. Unlimited KM's allowed which was excellent. Upon return of the vehicle, the staff did a quick visual inspection there were no hassles. Highly recommend, and will use them next time.

The whole rental process was efficient & easy - from the online booking right through until collection of the car & drop-off after my trip. The car was neat & tidy, the staff friendly & helpful, and the shuttle bus made the experience at the airport less stressful. I will definitely book with Ace Rental Cars again.

I am an inexperienced car renter but travel to Broome once a year. This time decided to rent a car rather rely on others. Booked through Broome Airport Rentals not realising they are third party to Europcar. Charged insurance and a deposit which I haven’t seen returned yet. Extra cost that I wasn’t made aware of ! At Europcar counter was charged additional costs from original quote ending twice as much as first quoted. When given keys not advised I would need the passcode to get back into airport parking. Also it would be helpful if the customer service officer advised the renter how to open the fuel cap!!!! I understand the fuel cap openers on each car is different BUT how hard is it to train your staff so they can be helpful to customers with these simple but time consuming issues at the petrol station. I was really excited about having my own car and being independent and this experience with both Broome Airport Rentals and Europcar extremely disappointing.
