This agency is a scam

This agency is a scam. Our flight details were changed and they did not inform us, causing us to miss our flight. Customer service is nonexistent - I notice they always reply to the poor reviews saying that they will “check” on your booking, but trust me, they aren’t doing anything.

Disappointed with Customer Service and Overpriced Mistake Fees

I have been stung with a hefty charge of $540. I mistakenly booked a flight with incorrect To and From destinations. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I contacted Jettzy within an hour of the booking and requested for some leniency.
Despite my attempts to negotiate or find a more reasonable solution, I was left with no choice but to pay the hefty fee. This experience has left me questioning whether Jettzy offers good value for their services.

Jettzy review

I found the luggage component of the booking hard to grasp at first, I had to go back and forth to fix up. As I only wanted luggage for 1 person and the other to have just carry on. Mix and match do this function very well.

Pleasantly surprised

I am usually hesitant to book through a 3rd party but there have been no problems. My flight automatically went on to my AirNZ app once processed which was really reasurring. That happened within 24hours. Would definitely use again. Would be good to have the option to use Amex credit card. My only suggestion.

Great experience getting refunds and rebooking the next flight

The fees charged were what we agreed upon. The team helped me flexibly cancel and rebook my flight. Minus one star as I had to find my own flight to rebook and provide information upfront unprompted. Once I got that out of the way, the booking experience was smooth.

***WARNING worst experience ever

***WARNING ⚠️
Don’t do it guys! I never write reviews but feel I should to save others from what I’m currently experiencing with this company.

I have booked flights for my partner and I home to Australia for Christmas 3 connecting flights all with Air New Zealand through this company…. if you can call it that.

Only to find one week after booking, our connecting flight Melbourne to Launceston has been cancelled.
I find out through an email with no new flight information. I ring 3 times ( there phones ring through then cut off).
I finally get hold of them through email only to find they want to charge me $90 to a new flight.
I know Air New Zealand do not have chargers when they cancel a flight they find you another flight FREE OF CHARGE.
I ring Air New Zealand and they said they will do it free of charge of course as they have canceled it but can’t on there end because this company has to do it on there’s.
We are 4 months away from our travel date and i expect there to be more cancellations/ rescheduling of flights and this company will expect me and my partner to pay them $100s for something that the airline does for free.
This company DO NOT look after their customers they just want to scam money from them!

I’m so stressed 😩 worst experience such a scam!!!

Helpful team

In June we met problem with our flight and we thought we might have lost the ticket. Jetzzy was very helpful to help us to receive the refund.

We do apppreciate that. Thank you all the teams in New Zealand and also in Australia.

Agent is holding credit for me

Agent is holding credit for me. I have tried to contact the Agent so many times via phone call to make changes to booking. There is no answer for past two days. Phone line just disconnects. The advertised fare on their website and the amount fare difference they indicated in email is so much more. Please stay away from such travel agents. They have no remorse even if people die in your family. If you send an email asking for consideration an automated reply comes asking to pay for more money which means technically run by robots. The staff (based in Asia) have no clue about pricing and they advertise cheap fares online via their website but according to them this fare can only be accessed by new customers not for clients they are holding credit for. This is by far against the Fair Trading Act of NZ. You cannot discriminate on pricing for same good or service based on your preference. The additional change fees is also vastly different from what is communicated on their website. I have already wrote back to them and have reported the matter to Commerce Commission and thinking to write to their NZ based Director today.

Just one thing can you please make it more clear regarding transit visa requirements like for Australia.
Cause I had already made me miss my flight in past and had almost no refund
