Easy to apply, customer service was good, probably could let customers know that the will wait 3-4 business days before receiving an emailed stmt and 5 business days before paying. I was about to ring you and ask when the stmt / payment was going to come through.

Easy to use the card convenient for unexpected emergency trips that come up and you know you have the use of the koro fuel card .im happy with it would recommend people getting one 🙂

I can’t find my old iPhone SE 2020 ap I had downloaded onto my ph.. your only have flash Samsung aps on here now. But I want & need to download my old iPhone kora ap back on here.

We haven't launched an app yet. We will be sending comms out when it is live which we hope to be in a couple of weeks.
Fuel prices are not as competitive with other gas stations so it doesn’t save much. Most of the other self service stations have cheaper fuels.

good customer service. kora card not so good, can only use it at one place in whanganui . and it’s one of the dearest . it’s cheaper to go to pak n save with a 6c off voucher.

Haven't had the card for long but as so far it has been handy and the extra 10 cents off definitely helps.
One improvement that i would like to c is the savings displayed when fueling so have better understanding how much have spent that week

Hi Lance, we unfortunately dont know about your transaction until after it happens, hence we are unable to display the savings on your receipt at the time of purchase. How fuel cards work is we receive the transaction after you fuel and then we can load it on your account and apply the discount. However good news, we have an app all ready to go. If youre keen to use an app - it shows the account details and transactions etc so drop us an email at [email protected] if youre keen to be an early adopter. Many thanks Liza , Kora CEO
