Great sales team!!!

Drew and Cesar worked tirelessly to get me a great deal on a beautiful 2021 Chevy Malibu. My credit is challenged but that didn't stop them fromm getting me what I wanted at a price I can agree with.

The guys at Traverse motors West in Wentzville are really THE BEST!!

The guys at Traverse motors West in Wentzville were simply put.... FREAKING AMAZING! Buying a car was always up there with things needed but disliked like going to the dentist. You know you have to go,but ugh you really dislike going! It was not only The BEST car buying experience but also, the quickest. My husband watched football with one of the guys from there, while I did the paperwork. We were in and out in less than an hour. I won't go elsewhere from now on! Thanks also to Dennis the finance manager... And to my salesman.... Thank you for everything!!!

All credit accepted!!!!!!

Your add says all types of credit accepted bankrupcy,doesnt matter,bad credit doesnt matter,no credit,we finance all these. Thats what you say. Then why do you need a credit check you say soft check doesnt hurt your credit score but it does. Then the credit place wants you to sign up for a buck,knowing you will forget you purchased there"service" They charge you 40 bucks that you dont pay because now you dont need it. Its all a scam. You say all credit accepted,well im waiting for approval,and nothing because im not going to use the credit monitor. So that takes me out of the game. Nice all lies .

My experience was awesome.

I have applied for an auto loan through this company for YEARS ... Each time I never get a response from ANYBODY.. bots or human. Was never given a quote; I was never given the time of day. Hell, my application is still being processed from 3 years ago!!

That got me in touch with a dealership that worked super hard to get me qualified for a loan! The most amazing part is that the finance manager worked even harder and got me a loan with zero down and zero trade in!

Everything was good except my brakes…

Everything was good except my brakes are making noise. I didn't notice the noise until Friday. I went to the dealership on Saturday to get it looked at but I had to make an appointment to get them looked at. So now I have to miss work and wait until Thursday to get the necessary repairs. This not a good thing because it will affect my pay which I need to make my down payment Now the everything else was great. The sales team who sold me the vehicle were great.

I am excited to share my experience…

I am excited to share my experience with anyone who is looking to buy a car and is considering this company. I was surprised at the diligence and patience they projected out to me and my goal. I was having trouble with navigating through the expected online tasks and without any judgement or hesitation they jumped right in with helping and assisting me in areas I was having difficulty. They were extremely friendly and quite humourous which set my nervousness to ease. I was explained everything thoroughly and with no confusion. It was very pleasant to have this experience because it's rare in my experiences to have such welcoming, pleasant and informative subjects to interact with. I can honestly say more companies should have employees with these traits.

Eli is an angel sent from above. He is the reason I am driving today. He is very professional and thorough with all the steps and paperwork. I felt defeated trying to purchase a car. But HE CAME ALONG AND MADE IT HAPPEN. Not only did I get a car that I thought I would never get he got me approved with for a fair amount without scamming me. When I went to the dealership I was looking for a used car $12,000 or under.I walked out with a 2023 Hyundai Elentra.Everyone was so friendly and professional.LJ assisted me.He was great.When I was leaving everyone was saying congratulations and enjoy your new car.All I could do was smile and thank everyone.It was a Kodak moment.Imagine going there looking for a used car and with their assistance walking out with a 2023.I couldn't be happier.I'm gonna be sure to send them some people.When you get a new car people always ask how much was it how much is you car note how was the experience?I give them 10 stars.Get you next car from Hyundai in Matteson.They'll take great care of you.

The company works with people with no…

The company works with people with no or bad credit. But the interest rates are outrageous, I'm actually paying the same and interest as I am for the car, the car was roughly $6,000, when the smoke all cleared I'll be paying over 12,000 for the car
