Get on Santa’s “Nice” List and Join Santa Hustle Arizona!

Grab a group and join the jolly fun at the Arizona Santa Hustle Half Marathon, 5K and Kids Dash Sunday, December 3 at the Westgate Entertainment District. The event kicks off at 7:30 a.m. when youth participants will dash through the course, followed by the half marathon at 8 a.m. and the 5K at 8:15 a.m. Individuals who register for either race through August receive $15 off registration. Event proceeds will benefit the nonprofit, Glendale Firefighter Charity.

Adult participants can jingle all the way to the finish line in fleece hoodies and headbands included with registration, and they can add a Santa or Mrs. Claus costume to their registration. Cookie and candy stations, along with holiday music and cheer, will fill the course along Glendale’s historic shopping district.

“This event has something for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level,” said Aaron Del Mar, SHRS founder. “Runners, walkers, and even moms and dads with little ones in strollers are all invited to participate and create new holiday traditions.”

Since the holiday season is the perfect time to give back, event proceeds will benefit nonprofit Glendale Firefighter Charity. This Charity will be hosting a toy and clothing drive to provide multiple toys, clothes and shoes to children in the community, as well as gift cards for parents to help provide a meal or treat for their family during the holiday season.

Awards and customized Santa Hustle medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group, and all participants who cross the finish line will receive a finishers medal.
