LIVERMORE, CA —Barbie continued her 2023 domination at Livermore’s Trunk or Treat Wednesday. The Livermore Police Records Division, who all dressed up in Barbie costumes, tied for Best Trunk with the State Parks Police, who adhered to a Ghostrider theme. Jurassic Park, Top Gun, Scooby Doo, and so many more showed up to Livermore Civic Plaza to celebrate Halloween.
