Witches Night Out Returns To Livermore

LIVERMORE, CA — The sell-out event, “Witches Night Out” is set to return on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 in Historic Downtown Livermore. Downtown shops, bars and Restaurants are conjuring up magical specials for an evening of moonlit shopping and dining as thousands of witches and warlocks ascend upon downtown. Participants can shop witchy steals and deals and book dining experiences where restaurants have prepared unique Halloween-themed specials, activations and cocktails. Witches Night Out also features a Witching Hour at Livermorium Plaza with photo backdrop, Witchy Warm-Up and the fierce Witches Hat Contest.

Participant’s Evening Timeline:

4:00-9:00 pm - Stop by Caratti Jewelers at 2056 First Street to pick up your FREE uber cool "Witches Brew" Beer Coozie while supplies last!

4:00-5:00 pm - Witching hour at Livermorium Plaza with Livermore Downtown Inc & Joya Yoga! Grab your ghoul crew and come take a picture with our Witches Night Out photo back drop!

4:00-9:00 pm - Shop Witching Steals and Deals with our Retailers!

5:30-7:00 pm - First Seatings with participating restaurants. Not dining yet? Shop those Witchy good deals and steals and visit participating businesses!

7:30-9:00 pm - Second Seatings with participating restaurants. Already dined? This is your last chance to take advantage of those steals and deals and visit participating businesses!

Pre-Event Witching Hour – Livermore Downtown Inc will also have a pre-event "Witching Hour" from 4-5pm at Livermorium Plaza where witches can stop by with their cackling crews to take a group photo on the spooktacular backdrop courtesy of their backdrop sponsor, Wood n Wallflowers!

Winners from the Witches Hat Contest will also be "sashed" at Witching Hour so they can snap pics on the backdrop and strut their winning stuff! PLUS, Witches can have a blast with their bubble of trouble doing a "Witches Warm-up" with Joya Yoga! It will be a quick and easy way to get the laughs going with your witches, and yes, you can participate in those faBOOlous high heels! It's sure to be a fun time! So stop by to kick off the night at Livermorium Plaza!!

Pickup is during Witches Night out from 4-9pm at Caratti Jewelers. Available while supplies last only. Caratti Jewelers is located at 2056 First Street in Downtown Livermore. Witches Hat Contest - Our home-made hat contest is one not to miss! Entries can be made by sending photos of their witches hat creation to [email protected] with your name, cell phone number, and a brief description of the creative thoughts behind the design. THEN be sure to post your photo on instagram and tag us ( @livermoredowntown ) and use the hashtag #WNO2023 . We must receive your photos by October 1st. We’ll run the contest on Instagram, and announce the winners on October 4th. Winners will get a prize and a sash to wear during Witches Night Out so winners can strut their contest winning stuff! Witches hat contest winners will pick up their sashes from 4pm-5pm at Livermorium Plaza the evening of Witches Night Out!

Moonlit Shopping - Before and after the dinner/drinks seating is ALL about the shopping! Downtown Livermore shops will stay open until 9 PM with witchy steals and deals! See participating retailers and restaurants by visiting LivermoreDowntown.com.

Dining Patio dining reservations can be booked via LivermoreDowntown.com Due to popular demand and restaurant support, Livermore Downtown Inc will be offering the same dining format as last year. Participants choose their preferred restaurant and book through the ticket site. They can reserve a table for 2, 4, 6 or 8 of their witches at one of the two seatings available.

The two seatings are as follows:
First Seating - 5:30-7:00PM
Second Seating - 7:30-9:00 PM.

The tables sell at $20 for 2 people, $40 for 4 people, $60 for 6 people and $80 for 8 people. The ticket money is a donation to the Livermore Downtown Inc fundraising aspect of the evening. $10 per person. Livermore Downtown Inc is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the economic health and vitality of Downtown Livermore and supporting downtown small businesses.

When participants arrive at the restaurant for their seating, they’ll order drinks and dinner directly from the restaurant. (Dinner and Drinks not included in the $10.00 fee.) Restaurants and businesses are creating fun, themed specialty cocktails for patrons and their gang of ghouls.
