LONG BEACH, CA — Long Beach police recovered five guns, narcotics and ammunition during an arrest on Monday.

At about 4:18 p.m., police received a report of a person with a gun in the 500 block of Elm Avenue. Through a follow-up investigation, officers from the High Crime Focus Team served a search warrant.

Police recovered five firearms, narcotics and ammunition. According to investigators, the suspect was determined to be a prohibited possessor and was arrested.
