Man Stabbed At Studio City Metro Station

STUDIO CITY, CA — Police are looking for an attacker who stabbed a man during a fight at the Metro Universal City/Studio City Station overnight.

The stabbing was reported just midnight near the 3900 block of Lankershim Boulevard and responding Los Angeles Police Department officers found the victim at the station with stab wounds to an arm, according to NBC 4.

The victim was treated at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.

It was not immediately known how the stabbing occurred and there was no suspect description.

The suspect, later identified as 45-year-old Elliot Tramel Nowden, was arrested about 30 minutes later near Ventura Boulevard and Vineland Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
