RDEN Bar & Restaurant Opens in the Heart of Hollywood

Located across from the Pantages Theater in the historic Taft Building, RDEN Bar and Restaurant offers classic steakhouse dishes with global twists.

Diners can choose from multiple spaces to enjoy a drink, appetizers or dinner including the upstairs dining room with views of Hollywood Boulevard, the omakase bar, or the pretty back al fresco patio.

Chef de Cuisine’s menu includes a variety of seafood, salads, sushi, pasta and main dishes.

Starters include spicy hummus and chips, mussels, spicy meatballs, a big charcuterie board, mushroom miso soup and crispy rice crackers topped with tuna. There’s also a wide variety of salads including a Caesar; summer salad with Heirloom tomatoes, olives, feta and fried quinoa, a beet salad with honey and arugula; a crab salad with pickled cucumber; a sesame Japanese seaweed salad and a seared albacore salad with garlic ponzu.

Entrees include a seafood pasta; uni pasta in a white wine sauce; the RDEN burger, pork belly with avocado puree; short rib with mashed potatoes; branzino; salmon, surf and turf, and ribeye, filet mignon and Wagyu Tomahawk steaks. Sides include roasted vegetables, Mexican corn, mac and cheese, Brussels Sprouts, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, fries, a lobster tail and mixed tempura.

RDEN also offers a wide variety of rolls, sushi and sashimi options. They also have a long list of specialty rolls including their Dragon Roll with snow crab, eel and avocado eel sauce; The Vine with spice tuna, cucumber, yellowtail, and jalapeno; Sunset Roll with shrimp tempura and cucumber with avocado and their Rainbow Roll with snow crab, tuna, salmon, albacore, yellowtail and white fish.

They also offer a wide assortment of specialty cocktails, including their Beautiful Garden with vodka, peach, apricot, sugar and lime; Hollywood Colada with Flor De Cana Silver Rum, coconut cream, pineapple and amro; the Passion Picante with mezcal, passionfruit and lime and the Walk of Fame with gin, crème de mure, lemon and ginger beer. They also offer a Yuzu Palmer and Vine on thyme hibiscus mocktail.
