Woman Shot Dead In Mission District Identified

The woman was killed last Friday, according to police.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The San Francisco medical examiner's office on Wednesday identified a woman who was killed last Friday in San Francisco's Mission District as 27-year-old Myeshia Villadora.

Villadora, a San Francisco resident, died in a shooting, which was initially reported around 12:15 a.m. Friday near Julian Avenue and 15th Street, police said.

Police have released few details about the homicide, but described the shooter as a 30-year-old man.

The suspect hasn't been arrested, police said, in the most recent update available.
