I-80 Crash Near Fairfield: Lanes Reopened
The wreck Monday afternoon left westbound lanes blocked for about an hour.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A crash Monday afternoon on Interstate Highway 80 in Fairfield left some westbound lanes blocked for about an hour, according to California Highway Patrol traffic logs. The wreck was reported at about 1:47 p.m. Monday and blocked lanes west of Waterman Boulevard and Air Base Parkway.
Motorists experienced a traffic backup but the scene was cleared by about 2:45 p.m. and traffic was beginning to flow again through the area.
Details about the crash, such as whether anyone was injured, were not immediately available.
