Annual Easter Egg Hunts Scheduled In Temecula

The city is hosting three hunts on March 30 for kids 12 and under. A "Teen Egg-Stravaganza" is also scheduled March 22.

TEMECULA, CA — The city of Temecula is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunts later this month.

Hunts for younger kids take place at 10 a.m. March 30, simultaneously, at three separate locations:

Harveston Community Park

The events are for children from infant to 12 years of age, and every park location includes a special needs area.

Attendees should bring their own baskets and arrive between 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The hunts start at 10 a.m. sharp.

Attendees can arrive early to enjoy music and have a picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Visit TemeculaCA.gov/Events to view maps with the age zones identified for each park.

A Teen Egg Hunt is also scheduled this month. "The Teen Egg-Stravaganza" takes place 8-9:30 p.m. March 22 at The Sports Ranch at Sommers Bend (32101 Sommers Bend).

"Gather your friends and your flashlight, it’s time for the annual Teen Only Egg Hunt! Every student in attendance will be eligible for community service hours needed for school," a city news release stated.
