Celebration Of Life Scheduled For Man With Southwest RivCo Roots

A local church will host the remembrance for Victor Hugo Frausto, who died unexpectedly at age 43.

The following obituary was submitted by a family member:

CALIFORNIA — Victor Hugo Frausto entered into rest on May 21, 2021. He was 43 years old when he passed unexpectedly.

Victor was born on August 14, 1977 in Maravillas, Zacatecas, Mexico. He was the 5th of six children born to Nicolas Frausto Esparza and Victoria Delgadillo Esparza.

Victor was 12 years old when he and his family immigrated to the United States, where they settled in Cudahy, CA. He attended Nimitz Middle School in Huntington Park, CA and Bell High School in Bell, CA.

As a youth, Victor began his apprenticeship in drywall. In 2011, he took a great leap of faith and started his own business, Frausto Wall Systems or FWS. Victor worked successfully in the construction industry for more than 20 years.

In 2003, Victor met Araceli Ceja and the couple married on May 5, 2006. They welcomed their precious son, Ethan, in 2013. The family settled in the Inland Empire where they lived in Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula. The family would move to Clovis, CA in the fall of 2020.

Victor was well known for his friendly, welcoming and generous nature. He held a strong sense of compassion and a good sense of humor. He cherished his family and he was a loving husband and a devoted father.

Victor Hugo Frausto was a beloved son, sibling, husband and father. He is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his wife and son, his five siblings: Juan, Angelica, Sonia, Roxana and Minerva and his nephews and nieces.

A celebration of life for Victor Hugo Frausto will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Community Church located at 34570 Monte Vista Drive in Wildomar, CA.
