Multi-Car Crash Injures 3 In South Temecula: Sheriff

Three people were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital as a result of the Thursday crash.

TEMECULA, CA — Riverside County Sheriff's Department alerted residents of a crash Thursday afternoon in South Temecula.

Shortly after 2 p.m., authorities arrived at the crash scene at Meadows Parkway and Campanula Way to find three cars had collided at that intersection.

According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson Rob Roseen, three people were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment by ground ambulance.

All injuries were considered non-life-threatening, according to Sgt. Deirdre Vickers.

“No arrests have been made, and the cause of the collision is still under investigation,” Vickers said.

The intersection was closed for over an hour following the crash to remove the vehicles and clear the scene.
