TEMECULA, CA – As part of Temecula’s COVID-19 Community Reinvestment Program, $520,000 in grant funding is being offered to brick-and-mortar businesses in Temecula that meet certain criteria and requirements.

Temecula's inaugural "Level Up Training-and-Funding Grant Program" will offer a $20,000 grant to each eligible business. The funding will help entrepreneurs grow and elevate their established businesses, according to the city.

"These grants act as a driving force for entrepreneurs, empowering them to bolster their workforce capabilities, invest in advanced technologies, and expand their operational capacity," the city reported.

In addition to financial support, the Level Up program features required training. Applicants will be enrolled in a four-week program that includes workshops geared toward growth. Participants will evaluate and develop metrics, benchmarks, teams, financials, triggers, and strategies to reach the next level of growth, according to the city. Trainees will also learn how to de-risk expansion and get involved in proactive growth.

Level Up will be hosted in partnership with the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center. OCIE SBDC will administer the applications and training program.
