Truck Crash Slows Temecula Parkway At I-15 Northbound On Ramp

A truck loaded with tools crashed while entering the northbound on-ramp Friday, sending tools and debris across the road.

TEMECULA, CA — A work truck entering the northbound I-15 onramp from Temecula Parkway made a mess of the roadway Friday morning after colliding into the center divider, California Highway Patrol officers reported.

At 9 a.m., a solo heavy-duty 3500 Chevy work truck, loaded with equipment, was entering the freeway when it suffered a flat tire, CHP dispatch said. The vehicle careened into the center divider, scattering tools and other debris across the roadway.

Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson said.The driver was able to exit the truck and, though reported as injured, declined medical treatment.
