Rain, Snow Showers Possible for MLK Jr. Holiday Weekend

Ledyard residents will temps in the upper-40s and rain, before it turns bitterly cold. Snow showers are possible too.

Earlier weather reports for the coming weekend initially mentioned snow and ice, but that has since changed to a more milder forecast.

On Saturday, high temps will be in the upper-40s. There will a chance of heavy rain, warmer temps, and after midnight Sunday, there is a chance for snow showers which could last until noon on Monday. Next week, it will become bitterly cold.

  • Saturday: Rain ends by late morning and temps will be in the upper-40s, another half-inch of rain is possible
  • Saturday night: Temps near 30 degrees
  • Sunday: Sunny and upper-30s; slight chance of flurries
  • Sunday night: Chance of snow showers after midnight
  • Monday: Snow showers possible up until noon, and highs only in the mid-20s.
