MANCHESTER, CT — Authorities are asking for the public's help after two dogs were found abandoned and tied to a pole in Manchester.

According to officials, the dogs were found abandoned near 29 Cottage Street.

"We are looking for any information regarding the person(s) responsible," Manchester Animal Control wrote on Facebook.
