2 Businesses Opening Soon In Orange

ORANGE, CT – Two new businesses are coming to Orange after Colonial Properties completed the lease of the properties.

Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial properties, said Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC. and Sayori Restaurant have leased buildings in Orange.

Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC. has leased a 4,156-square-foot building at 175 Boston Post Rd, the former location of the TD Bank.

According to its website, Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC. is a dispensary located in Milford. It was founded by four Connecticut-licensed pharmacists to assist qualified Connecticut patients with the use of medical marijuana. They aim to provide the highest and safest level of palliative care with the utmost compassion while improving the overall quality of life.

Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC. signed a 5-year lease term and expects to open in the fall.

Sayori Restaurant leased a 5,000-square-foot retail space located at 464 Boston Post Rd., the former location of Prime 16.

According to its website, based in Staten Island, N.Y., Sayori Japanese Restaurant offers authentic and delicious-tasting Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is known for its variety of choices, including sushi, ramen, poke, tempura, teriyaki and katsu, using high-quality fresh ingredients.

Sayori Restaurant signed a 5-year lease term and expects to open in September.
