New Urgent Care Business Opens In Orange

During the ceremony, State Representative Kathy Kennedy (R-119) presented an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly.

ORANGE, CT — Dr. Jeannie Kenkare smiled while talking to guests during the official ribbon cutting of PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Orange.

“We are excited to be able to announce that we are here in town and have the support of the chamber of Orange and State Representatives and business community in the area,” Kenkare said. “We are excited to bring this business to the town of Orange and bring high-quality healthcare accessible, priced right and in the right setting for the community.”

The Orange Chamber of Commerce held the ribbon cutting for PhysicanOne Urgent Care at its new location at 236 Boston Post Rd. on Tuesday, June 27.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care has been in operating since 2008, and its new Orange location is its 17th location in the state.

“We recently got a sign that will help people know we are here,” Kenkare said. “We will continue to get the word out that we are here and what we can do.”

During the ribbon cutting, PhysicianOne Urgent Care CEO Lynne Rosen said Kenkare envisioned caring for patients in the right setting and providing high-quality friendly care in communities.

“She has been the heart and soul in our company, leading us to continue to expand so that every patient in every community has access to 24/7 urgent care,” Rosen said.

State Representative Kathy Kennedy (R-119) was at the ribbon cutting and presented PhysicianOne Urgent Care with an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly.

“We are thrilled to have you in Orange and provide a service to all our residents,” she said.
