30-Person Brawl Broke Out At Orange TGI Friday's, 2 Charged: PD

Officers from four departments responded to help break out the large melee, which occurred Thursday night.

ORANGE, CT — Officers charged two people after a 30-person brawl at TGI Friday's Thursday night, according to police.

Officers from Orange, West Haven, Milford and University of New Haven police departments responded to the melee around 10:15 p.m. Multiple officers were assaulted during the incident, police said. Officer injuries were minor.

Carmella Dekane, 34, of Bridgeport and a 16-year-old New Haven juvenile were charged with assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
