Amity High Debate Team Goes To Sweet 16 In International Tournament

WOODBRIDGE, CT — The Amity Regional High School debate team advanced to the sweet 16 of the International Public Policy Forum debate tournament.

Hundreds of teams from around the world entered the tournament, and Amity will be the only team from Connecticut that made it this far.

Amity will compete against UWC South East Asia from Singapore. Amity bested Davidson Academy from Nevada in the top 32 round and Stuyvesent High School in New York in the round of 64.
